Assignment Profile:
We are a small highly regarded Boutique Recruitment Consultancy specialising in Financial Services Recruitment and in particular Compliance and Internal Audit. 

Due to expansion, we are seeking to employ two or three additional recruitment consultants to join our company to cope with the increase in business. 

Main Purpose of the role

You will be responsible for developing new and existing clients and by so doing securing further business for the company. 

We have several hundred clients on our database that require relationship development.

Candidate Profile:
You may have up to 12 months recruitment experience in Financial Services, preferably within Compliance or Internal Audit or have been a generalist within financial services. Previous experience of recruitment is not necessary, as training of the complete recruitment cycle will be provided as will on going training.

You will be seeking your first or second full time position and be happy to consider recruitment as a long term career

The following qualities are also required;

• A good university degree (2:1) in Law or any science discipline, languages will also be considered


• You will be seeking to make a career in recruitment, (this is not a job) and you will be determined to succeed.


• You will be very teachable and have a willingness to learn quickly


• You will have an EXCELLENT command of the English Language, both spoken and written, along with very good interpersonal and persuasive skills


• You will be very presentable and have a confident personality, being able to interact with Senior Managers in Financial Services Institutions, virtually all of which are based in the City of London. Client meetings will be a pre-requisite for successful candidates, after suitable training and experience has been gained.


• You will possess a sharp and enquiring mind and think outside the box to secure the results required and also be very confident on the telephone, as a lot of telephone work is involved. You will also be seeking to bring added value to the company, and your contribution will be well rewarded

 

• You will be familiar with Goldmine software, or similar recruitment database software as well as having excellent typing, word and excel knowledge


• You MUST be able to manage your own heavy workload, paying attention to detail is vital for success, as is database and client management


• This is an excellent opportunity for committed, hard working individuals to become an important part of a small but growing company


• You should expect to earn £50,000 per annum in your 3^rd year

 

Successful candidates will commence employment in September 2010, and must be prepared to attention training sessions prior to commencement of employment so as to become well versed in our client database management software system and have a clear understanding of what will be required for success.
