Assignment Profile:
Our client is a highly regarded Financial Services company. They are seeking to hire a Change Management Consultant that will be responsible for managing the Change Management work stream plan to deliver quality products, on-time and to work stream budget to ensure that the Finance Transformation change is embedded within the company. In addition, you will have responsibility for managing the company resources aligned to the work stream

 

 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

 

Identifies change structure roles and responsibilities, and defines the Change Structure and Governance Approach to build ownership and commitment and improve the effectiveness of the change structure.

Identifies the current performance issues of the organization to be addressed in the target state.

Defines the appropriate change initiatives to manage the impacts of the change and the change risk mitigation options.

Develops a plan capturing the Business Change tasks required to achieve the Business Case.

Develops and update the Change Plan while considering the Stakeholder Analysis and Change Impact Assessment to enable a successful transition to the target state.

Develops the change acceptance strategy to ensure the intended change implements successfully.

Defines the target state by gathering and aligning the capability requirements, and measure progress towards the target state.

Analyzes the needs of the transitioning organization to achieve the project’s exit criteria, and transition organizational responsibilities for sustaining the change.

Supports project deployment activities and conduct a post-deployment review to ensure that users and other stakeholders are supported in achieving the project’s objectives and are adopting the change.

Coaches and prepare individual leaders to lead the change, and facilitate alignment of project objectives among the leaders

Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will have the following experience

Solid previous experience of Change Leadership and Management is desired

Knowledge of Budget and resource planning

Strong Stakeholder Management Skills and ability to influence Executive strategic alignment

Discretion and confidentiality

To gain an understanding of the Company’s vision and aims

Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills

Positive attitude with a “can-do” approach to tasks and requests

Acquire knowledge of key individuals within the organization

Well presented, highly personable individual with the ability to meet ad hoc challenges

Able to stay calm under pressure

Works well under stress and tight deadlines; with the ability to respond to the requirements of a pressurised environment

Commitment to own development and training

Ability to work to time and budget constraints
